Home / About us
Trustly started because Indian players were already writing long, messy, useful notes about withdrawals and IPL markets. Those notes were disappearing into chats. We built a public shelf for them.
Trustly Reviews LLP sits in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. The legal name is dull on purpose. We are a small editorial company. We publish reviews of betting and casino sites that people in India already use. We do not run a sportsbook. We do not process a single rupee of player money. If a brand offers you a bonus because you arrived from our page, that offer is theirs, not a promise from this desk.
The site went live after a year of reading complaint threads that all sounded the same. Deposit easy. First withdrawal slow. Chat repeating a sentence. Someone in another city saying the opposite happened last Tuesday. Both things can be true. A review site that deletes one side to keep a logo happy is not a review site. It is a brochure.
Only betting and casino. Cricket books, sportsbooks, online casinos, live tables. No loan apps. No crypto exchanges unless they are the cashier of a casino a reviewer already used. No “best site” trophies sold by the month. If a company wants a trophy, they can frame their own ad.
We began the first shelf with brands Indian players already look up in public review categories, then cut anything that was not gambling. The list will grow when readers send a name we can document. It will not grow because a media kit arrived on a Friday.
Some brands buy display space. That space is marked. A marked box does not move a one-star review down the page and does not change the average. Writers are not paid by the company they are describing. Desk editors are paid by Trustly. If that ever changes, this paragraph changes on the same day.
We do take the cost of servers, legal reads, and the time it takes to sit with a messy submission. That is why a display slot exists. It is not why a review exists.
The public desk is small. Named editors live on the desk page, with a city and an inbox, because a review site that hides its staff is asking you to trust a logo.
Sportsbook
Edits sportsbook copy. Sends back the word “scam” when the story is a two-hour UPI delay.
Casino
Reads casino notes. Wants the wagering the person actually saw, not the banner number.
Reader mail
Opens the form, including the messages that are only a screenshot and an angry caption.
We hire freelance fact-checkers in other cities when a story needs a second pair of eyes on a local payment rail. Founders stay off the review bylines. If we play, we play with our own money and we do not file a review of that session. That rule has already annoyed someone internally. It stays.
A person writes what happened, with a city and a rough timeline. We look for a sequence a stranger can follow. Deposit rail. Game or market. Amount. Waiting time. We may ask a follow-up. We do not rewrite a voice into corporate English. We do cut threats, communal slurs, and account numbers. A review can be angry. It cannot be a weapon against a neighbour.
We are not a court. We cannot seize a frozen balance. We can keep a dated record that the next reader can weigh against an ad.
Online betting and casino play is not a single national yes. States differ. Some ban it. Some leave a grey strip. Trustly does not tell you that a click is legal on your street. We tell you what other adults said after they clicked. If you are not sure about the law in your state, stop before you deposit and ask someone who practises law, not a review editor.
We mark the site 18+. We link responsible gaming help. We will not pretend a losing week is a personality test you failed.
If we got a company detail wrong, write to [email protected]. If a reviewer wants to add a later update, they can. We timestamp it. We do not let a brand replace a reader paragraph with a press line.
