Trustly is a publication. Reviews are opinions of the named writers. They are not our court findings. They are not advice to gamble. They are not a promise that a cashier will behave tomorrow the way it behaved last Thursday.

Your account of events

If you submit a review, you tell us it is your experience, written in your words. You give us a licence to publish it, edit it for length and safety, and keep it public. You keep the copyright in your words. You do not keep a veto after a brand phones you.

Conduct

No malware, no scraping that knocks the desk over, no posting another person’s private documents. No selling stars. We can refuse or remove material that breaks these rules.

Liability

You use the site at your own risk. We work to keep pages up and accurate at the level a small desk can manage. We are not liable for a lost bet, a late UPI, or a decision you made after reading a stranger in Jaipur.

Law

These terms follow the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru have a first look if a fight has to become a case. We would rather answer mail.
